Most rooms are too loud, too bright, and too full. This one is small on purpose. Group sizes are capped at six. Lighting is low. The pace is slow enough to actually feel something.
Yin and restorative yoga, conscious breathwork, and meditation, paced to bring the nervous system out of high alert and into rest.

A short list, kept short on purpose. Each one is taught carefully and held in small numbers.
Breathwork
Slow, intentional breathing patterns that shift the body out of sympathetic 'fight or flight' and into parasympathetic rest. Held in small groups by candlelight.
